As the fresh new year 2022 awaits on the other side, Ferrari is closing 2021 by celebrating its 75th Anniversary with its new special logo. It’s not just that, Ferrari is really going big next year, it has various plans to achieve in 2022.
The First Ferrari rolled out was Ferrari 125 S by Enzo Ferrari in 1947, since then, Ferrari went creative every time in producing its cars for the world, especially with its logo; Cavallino Rampante ("prancing horse") black prancing stallion on a yellow shield.
For that, the 75th Anniversary video of Ferrari went viral on social media, which celebrates and shows many famous drivers and employees commenting: “Passion, teamwork, pride and excellence, those are just some of the words used to express our special relationship with the company.”
The logo itself came together through a mosaic of employees' faces, "an acknowledgment of the commitment and determination they have shown over so many years," said Benedetto Vigna, Chief Executive Officer of Ferrari Ferrari.
Ferrari Chairman John Elkann declared: “For this special year we have created a special icon: a sculpture made up of thousands of components forged here in our factory and positioned one by one by my Ferrari colleagues. It is a symbol of the Ferrari spirit which is shared both here in Maranello and by all our family around the world. It reflects the essence of who we are, our past 75 years, and our future. It is a symbol of a company that as our founder Enzo Ferrari once said — Above all, is made of people.”
Ferrari emphasized how important passion, teamwork, and pride have factored into the brand's success. Over the course of 2022, expect multiple events and special announcements to continue the anniversary celebration.
